I currently have a lease on a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in West ashley in a complex called the Avenues at Verdier point until the 19th October xxxx but will be moving out of town shortly. The apartment is fully furnished by myself recently including all new kitchenware, sofas etc. I am looking for a roommate from the 2nd September - 18th October My current roommate is 27 years old and he works 7am- 7pm most days of the week. He does not drink or have any crazy parties and is a very tidy and respectable. The third room is currently vacant as we kept it if family or friends needed to stay a night. The apartment is brand new, super spacious (xxxxsq ft) and fully equipped with washer, dryer, high speed internet and cable. They have amazing amenities which you can see on their . (Gym, swimming pool, resident retreat etc.) Room would run $xxxx for the period from 2nd September - 18th October which is the Master bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom and large walk in closet. The room is furnished with a bed and night stand. Utilities included.
