Hello! My name is Tricia and my fiance's name is Jeffrey. We are looking for a female roommate in the 3 bedroom, 2 bath home we just purchased. The room is a very large, unfurnished room with bay windows and a big closet. You will have your own bathroom, but it will be shared with the occasional guest. You will have full use of the kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer. The home is in a great location, right off Fairview Rd, with Wal-Mart, Kohls, Ingles, Bi-Lo, and many restaurants only minutes away. Also, the beautiful Downtown Greenville is only 20 mins away! All utilities and free Wi-Fi will be included in the rent of $500/month. We will be drawing up a 2-6 months lease with a deposit of $250, which will be returned to you at your time of departure as long as there are not any damages to the property. What we are looking for: A clean, respectful, professional between the ages of 20 and 65. You must have your own transportation and proof of income. A little about us: I am a 28 year old woman. I am the Office Administrator at Producer Realty in Simpsonville. Jeffrey is 29 and is an Engineer at ZF Transmissions in Gray Court. We're both very down to earth and fun people. We like to go out or have a few people over on occasion, but not too often. We are engaged and will be getting married on October 24, xxxx. We are so excited about this!
