We are actively seeking an Engineering MaintenanceManager / Superintendent to work in our client’s Burlington County, NJ manufacturing facility. The individual in this role will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of maintenance and capital project work on a daily basis. This ideal candidate will offer demonstrated experience managing or leading a team of maintenance professionals, offering direction and leading continuous improvement of the asset capability assurance process through clearly defined strategies and objectives for the maintenance of plant, equipment, and shutdowns. Responsibilities: · Provide technical support to both the Engineering and Maintenance Departments · Oversee and manage preventative maintenance compliance and effectiveness · Champion the preventative maintenance process, defining processes, driving improvements, and achieving KPI targets · Utilize new technology and Lean Manufacturing principals and processes to maximize efficiency · Develop a work environment within manufacturing that promotes trust, teamwork quality and safety · Coach, mentor, and develop employees to meet current and future business requirements · Plan, manage and execute capital asset program in compliance with Annual Operating Plan and establishedpolicy Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering · 5 or more years of experience working within a Chemical Process Environment and/or Oil Refinery · Experience in a Maintenance/Engineering leadership role with management of staff. · Candidate must possess the ability to lead a team, organize & prioritize work, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
