Hotel Sales Manager in Florence, South Carolina For Sale

Job Description: The incumbent in this position is responsible for developing an environment that creates excitement for guests and employees, promoting and retaining a highly skilled work force. The incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting the Director of Sales in administering the Sales function in accordance with established policies and procedures to ensure achievement of sales and revenue goals and provision of quality service to customers; develops sales leads for group bookings in order to provide Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. with business consistent with targeted clients and volume level. Requirements: Strong sales ability, interpersonal communication skills, and negotiating ability required. These skills and abilities are typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or related field, as well as through two to three years of experience in hotel selling. Resort experience preferred. A minimum of one year in a supervising capacity is also preferred.
