Accounting Associate - (Florence) in Florence, South Carolina For Sale

Position Title: Accounting Associate Reports to: AccountingManager Mission: Responsible to the Accounting Manager of Safe-Harbor AccessSystems, LLC for the efficient data entry of accounts receivable, accountspayable, purchase orders, inventory items, and journal entries. Supportthe Accounting Manager and CFO with other accounting processes as needed. Principle Activities: Full-cycle accounting processing of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable, including: Timely & accurate billing of invoices to customers Post payments, credit memos and adjustments to customer accounts Prepare and process accounts payable checks Answer phone calls regarding customer billings and/or vendor payments Research & assist in the resolution of any receivable / payable differences Maintain A/R job files and A/P vendor files. Receive items into inventory and assist in maintaining inventory files. Review & process matched invoices, packing slips and purchase orders. Prepare & enter journal entries as necessary. Assist with bank reconciliations monthly and resolve any differences with cash balances. Assist the Accounting Manager / CFO through the use of Excel spreadsheets and other general ledger analysis as necessary.
