Citi Trends is looking for a dedicated Distribution Center-HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at one of the largest chains in the value-priced urban apparel industry. RESPONSIBILITIES: *Perform tasks in Word and Excel *Provide general clerical/administrative support *Responsible for seasonal associates new hire process *Assist with new hire orientation *Assist with payroll processing and preparation to include submitting all necessary paperwork/documents to corporate payroll *Assist with special projects to include researching information *Prepare daily status and other management reports as required *Responsible for tracking and maintaining all logs/reports *Handle and respond to standard information requests REQUIREMENTS: *High school diploma, GED, Minimum of 2 years administrative or secretarial experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. *Computer experience in Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. *Must have strong communication (written and verbal), computer and organizational *skills, ability to multi-task in a fast paced and challenging work environment. *Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
