This is Spanky. He is a red terrier mix. He is about 12 years old. He sits, lays, plays dead, dances, speaks and shakes hands on command. He weighs about 35 pounds and is I guess about 24 inches tall. He is very docile, but also protective of who he loves. I really can't say how he would be with children - he was good with my son when he was small, but that's the only small one he's been around and that's been many years. I think he is best suited for an adult or couple. He is very loving - actually wraps his arms around your legs and hugs you. Spanky does well with other big dogs - he has nipped at my Shitzu but it may have been more jealousy than anything because she is a house dog and always at my heels.
