Oliver came to us from a high kill shelter where he was an owner surrender because he "matted so bad!" His former owners kept him as a "yard dog!" GRRRR...... No dog deserves such a life especially lhasa apsos who requires regular professional grooming!! Needless to say, he had to be completely shaved down for his fur was soooo... tangled that it was difficult to find his skin. This is not only unhealthy & painful, but cruel, as well. In spite of this, he is a cuddly, 2 year old love bug who just adores to sit in his people's lap! Perhaps YOU could give this sweet boy the indoor forever home he sooo... deserves??
